The California Landcare success story is rooted in its PEOPLE. It started with Michael McCabe’s unique career in the construction / landscape industry coupled with a decade in the hospitality – destination resort industry – which prepared him to lay the foundation for an exceptional service company. It wasn’t enough to offer EXCELLENT gardening / Land care services.
California Landcare’s idea of providing property owners and managers with contract service including site maps noting tasks performed; managing water usage from the meter, and providing option-oriented proposals has resulted in high client retention and steady growth.
